At Fanchaty.ai, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all our users. This Prohibited Content Policy outlines the categories of content that are strictly forbidden from being generated, requested, or shared across Fanchaty.ai and/or all platforms, applications, products, and services accessed through us (collectively, the "Services").
Our Services rely on enabling users to engage in private conversations with AI characters and access AI-generated imagery. While users do not directly upload external media files to the platform, all prompts provided by the user and all resulting content generated by the AI are subject to the following rules and are monitored through automated and manual moderation mechanisms.
1. Prohibited Content Categories The generation, solicitation, or promotion of the following content—including text, images, video, audio, or any other AI output—is strictly prohibited:
a) Illegal Content
Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Content promoting weapons, violence, or instructing on how to commit criminal acts.
b) Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, discriminates, or maliciously targets individuals or groups based on:
Race, ethnicity, or national origin,
Religion or caste,
Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation,
Disability, serious disease, or any other legally protected characteristic.
c) Violence, Abuse, and Self-Harm
Content that depicts, praises, or glorifies extreme gore, graphic violence, or physical abuse.
Content that encourages, promotes, or provides instructions on self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Content that supports, funds, or promotes terrorist organizations or violent extremist acts.
d) Child Exploitation and Endangerment (CSAM)
Fanchaty.ai enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child exploitation.
Any content involving the abuse, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of children is unequivocally banned.
Content promoting threats, grooming, or harm directed at minors is strictly prohibited.
e) Minor-Like Content
Strictly Prohibited: Generating AI images or text outputs that resemble, depict, or imply underage individuals.
This includes generating characters with non-maturing physical characteristics (e.g., prepubescent facial features, underdeveloped body structures, or descriptions implying a minor's age).
Any attempts or prompts designed to bypass filters to create such content will be automatically flagged, reviewed, and handled under our Minors & Child Protection Policy.
f) Privacy and Intellectual Property Violations
Sharing or generating third-party Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as real names, private addresses, phone numbers, or financial data (Doxing).
Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, protected IPs, or proprietary imagery.
g) Impersonation and Celebrity Content
Content that deceptively impersonates real individuals, celebrities, politicians, or public figures.
Content designed to mislead others into believing an AI character is a specific real-world person.
h) Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) and Deepfakes
Generating intimate, explicit, or sexual imagery of real people without their explicit consent (NCII).
Creating "Deepfakes" or synthetic sexual media that mimics the likeness of real individuals.
Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.
2. Content Responsibility
Users of Fanchaty.ai bear full legal and ethical responsibility for all content generated through their accounts.
The AI's outputs are a direct result of the commands (prompts), conversational context, and settings provided by the user. Fanchaty.ai does not direct, pre-approve, or endorse user-generated content.
Users are obligated to ensure that their interactions and generated content fully comply with all applicable laws, Fanchaty.ai's Community Guidelines, the Minors & Child Protection Policy, and all other governing documents.
3. Content Moderation While User–AI conversations are fundamentally private, the following systems are implemented to ensure safety and policy compliance:
Automated moderation (LLM-based auditing and keyword filtering).
Manual review by our Trust & Safety team when content is flagged.
If a violation is detected, we may take the following actions:
Immediate removal or blocking of the offending content.
Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user's account.
Escalation and reporting to relevant official authorities (See Section 4). Our moderation processes are carefully designed to balance user privacy with community safety.
4. Reporting Prohibited Content
A strict zero-tolerance policy applies to CSAM.
Any attempt to generate, request, or share such content is a severe criminal offense and will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
Known or suspected CSAM content, along with the associated user data, will be preserved and reported to the relevant national or international law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies (such as NCMEC).

6. Suspension or Termination of Service Fanchaty.ai reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services for any user who is found to have violated, or is reasonably suspected of violating, this Prohibited Content Policy.
