At Fanchaty.ai, we respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and are committed to complying with all applicable copyright laws, primarily the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how you can contact us if you believe that a work you own the rights to is featured on our Services without authorization.
Under this policy, "Services" refers to Fanchaty.ai and/or all associated platforms, products, applications, and all content contained therein.
1. How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Notice) If you believe that your copyrighted work is being used on Fanchaty.ai without authorization, you must submit a written notice in good faith containing the following information:
a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
c) A description reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the allegedly infringing material on the platform;
d) Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Note: DMCA procedures cannot be initiated if this information is incomplete.
2. Our Response Process to DMCA Notices Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, Fanchaty.ai will take the following steps:
a) We will review the notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements.
b) We will take preliminary action (e.g., disabling access, temporary removal) regarding the allegedly infringing content within 1–3 days.
c) We will notify the relevant user of the situation and provide them with an opportunity to provide an explanation or submit counter-evidence.
3. Counter-Notice If a user believes that a copyright infringement notice was filed against them by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notice to us. When a counter-notice is received:
The claiming party will be notified.
The content will be held pending for 10–14 days.
If the original claimant does not initiate legal action within this period, the content may be restored and made accessible again.

5. Termination of Service Fanchaty.ai reserves the right to:
suspend,
or permanently terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat or severe infringers under the DMCA.
