Refer & Earn — How It Works

This page explains, in plain language, how Fanchaty's Refer & Earn programme works. It forms part of the Affiliate Agreement. If it differs from the Affiliate Agreement or the Payment, Tax & Crypto Terms, those documents prevail.

There is no promise of earnings. What you earn depends entirely on the real, non-refunded payments of the people you refer. Every calculation on this page is an example only.

1. In short

Join the programme and get your personal invite link and code.
When a friend who came through your link or code buys their first premium membership, you earn a reward.
Every earning is held for 14 days and approved if nothing goes wrong.
If your approved balance is $50 (or 2,000 TRY for TRY accounts) or more, it goes into the payout batch prepared on the 15th of each month and is sent in USDT (TRC20).
Joining is free. You must be over 18.

2. Who can join?

Anyone aged 18 or over with an active Fanchaty account (not banned or deleted).
Fanchaty staff, administrators and creator accounts cannot join.
Only one account per person may join.
To join, you must read and accept the five programme documents. No invite link is issued without acceptance.
The programme is currently open to Turkish and English accounts only.

3. Who can you refer?

People who have never paid on Fanchaty before. A trial counts as a payment. Accounts previously opened with the same email address (including deleted ones) are also checked.
You cannot refer yourself, your other accounts, or accounts that share a device or email address with you.
Your friend is linked to you when they click your link and sign up, enter your code after signing up, or use one of your gift links. A click on your link is remembered in the browser for 30 days.
Your friend must make their first premium purchase within 30 days of creating their account. The period starts when they sign up, not when they click the link. During that time another affiliate's link does not change the link. If they don't go premium within 30 days, the link ends.
A logged-in user cannot change their link by clicking another invite link.
A friend who came through your link, your code or your gift gets 50 tokens with their first premium purchase (trials excluded), and sees it in a notification.

4. The reward ladder

Your 1st premium friend: $5 + 30 days of premium + 100 tokens.
Your 2nd premium friend: again $5 + 30 days of premium + 100 tokens (together $10 + 60 days of premium + 200 tokens).
From their second payment onwards, you also earn commission at your current rate on these two friends' payments.
Your 3rd and every later premium friend: you earn commission at your current rate on every eligible payment, including their first.
If your account currency is TRY, the fixed reward is 200 TRY instead of $5.

Who is a "premium friend"?

Someone who, within the 30 days they are linked to you, makes their first non-trial premium purchase, and whose payment completes the 14-day holding period without a refund or chargeback. A trial converting into monthly premium also counts as a first premium purchase; in that case it is enough that the trial was bought within the 30 days.

Reward days and tokens

The cash part, premium days and tokens of a fixed reward are granted when the 14-day holding period ends.
If you are a paying premium member, your reward days start when your paid period ends. If you are on the free plan they start immediately; if you are using gifted premium, they start when the gift ends.
Premium days given as a reward do not include gift passes or the monthly token renewal that comes with paid membership.
If a fixed-reward slot is freed because of a refund, your next premium friend takes that slot.
Fixed rewards that look unusual may be checked by hand before they are granted.

5. Commission rate and tiers

Your starting rate is 35%.
When you reach 10 premium friends in total your rate becomes 40%, and at 50 premium friends it becomes 45%.
All your premium friends count, except those lost to a refund or chargeback.
A new rate applies to payments made after you reach the tier; past payments are not recalculated.
Your tier never drops. The only exception: if more than half of the friends who got you to a tier are refunded or charged back within 120 days after you reached it, your tier goes under review. Your previous rate applies during the review.
Special partners (partners approved before the programme launched) keep their individual rate. The ladder and tiers do not apply to them. Their balance is in USD and their threshold is $50.

6. Which payments count?

Count: monthly and 6-month premium payments, subscription renewals and token packs.
Don't count: trial payments (for everyone); token packs your friend bought before going premium (during a trial or gifted premium); refunded or charged-back payments.
Base: the price your friend saw on the checkout page. It is cross-checked against the payment provider's actual charge; if they differ, the lower amount may be used.
If a payment is made in a different currency, the amount is first converted into your account currency at our daily reference rate, then your rate is applied.
Once your friend is a premium friend, you earn commission on their renewals and new purchases for as long as they keep paying. There is no time limit.
Amounts are calculated to the cent.

Example (example only; prices and your rate may change): If your friend saw $12.99 at checkout and your rate is 35%, your commission is 12.99 × 35% = $4.55.

7. Holding period, approval, refunds and chargebacks

Every earning stays "pending" for 14 days. If there is no refund or chargeback in that time, it becomes "approved".
On a first payment that carries a fixed reward, any refund (even a partial one) cancels the fixed reward. That person can never become anyone's referral again.
For commission, a partial refund is deducted in proportion. A refund of 95% or more of a payment counts as a full refund.
If a refund or chargeback arrives after the earning was approved or paid, a negative line of the same amount is added to your balance. Your balance can go negative. A negative balance is offset against your future earnings.
For a fixed reward, the reward premium days are also cut, unused tokens are taken back and the ladder slot is freed.
Card chargebacks can arrive months after the payment.
Earnings with no matching record at the payment provider are not paid.

8. Payouts

On the 15th of each month at 00:00 (Istanbul time), a payout batch is prepared for your approved balance that has completed the holding period by then.
Payouts are made only in USDT and only on the TRON (TRC20) network. There is no bank transfer or other method.
Threshold: $50 (2,000 TRY for TRY accounts). A balance below the threshold is not lost; it carries over to the next month.
TRY balances are converted to USDT at the Binance USDT/TRY rate when the batch is prepared. The rate is recorded; fractions are rounded down. USD balances are paid 1:1 in USDT.
Fanchaty pays the network (transfer) fee.
To be paid you need: a wallet address, identity details (once, before your first withdrawal), an automatic withdrawal instruction (once) and acceptance of the current documents.
Your first payout, high-value lines, many premium friends in a short time and a recently changed wallet are reviewed by hand before payment. A review may move your payout to the following month.
Transfers are sent by hand and can take a few days.
If chargebacks among referred people rise unusually, payouts may be paused temporarily.

9. Premium friend gifts

Who can gift: paying premium members (monthly and 6-month). Trial, gifted and reward premium do not give gift passes. You don't need to join the programme to gift.
How many: 2 for your first paid premium period (30 days), then 1 for every 30-day period after that. At programme launch, every paying premium member gets 2 for that period.
Each gift is a separate, single-use link and code. A link is valid for 30 days after it is created. Unused passes expire at the end of the period.
The recipient gets 24 hours of premium + 10 tokens.
Who can redeem: people over 18 who have never paid (trials included), have never used a gift and are not premium right now. Everyone can use only one gift, ever.
You cannot gift to your own account or to an account sharing a device or email address with you.
If your paid premium ends, or the payment that gave you the pass is refunded, your unused links stop working.
If the person who used your gift later goes premium, you earn from the ladder as if you had referred them. If you haven't joined the programme, your reward waits and unlocks when you join. The 12-month inactivity rule also applies to waiting rewards.
You choose whether your name and a short note appear on the gift page.
The username of the person who uses your gift is shown to you by default. They can turn this off, in which case they appear as "A friend". The gift works either way.
If the person redeeming your gift is at that moment within another affiliate's open referral window, they still get the gift, but the link stays with the first affiliate.
Gift links may not be sold, traded or posted in bulk on coupon sites.

10. Leaderboard and monthly bonus

Affiliates are ranked by what they earned that month (different currencies are compared in USD).
You see your own rank and the top 10 with shortened names (e.g. "Me***").
The leaderboard shows real data only. There are no made-up users or numbers.
The leaderboard opens once 10 real affiliates meet the bonus requirements.
Each month the top three affiliates receive a bonus. Current amounts: $100 / $70 / $50. Amounts are fixed at the start of each month and may change for later months. The bonus is converted into your account currency and added to your balance.
Bonus requirements: at least 30 days in the programme; identity details completed; at least 3 different, clean premium friends brought in that month; no single friend accounting for more than 50% of that month's earnings. Accounts in the top 10 that share a device, network or wallet are not eligible for a bonus.
The final ranking is set on the 15th of the following month, after that month's refunds are processed.

11. Forfeiture of your balance

Account deletion: if you delete your account you can restore it within 30 days. After 30 days, your pending and approved balance and any waiting rewards are permanently forfeited.
Inactivity: if your Fanchaty account is not used at all for 12 calendar months, your balance is forfeited. We email you 30 days and 7 days before. Logging in is enough.
Fraud: if fraud is confirmed, your whole balance is forfeited, your account is closed, your codes stop working, and rewards and gifts may be taken back.
Ban: if your Fanchaty account is banned, your programme account is frozen. Earnings keep being recorded but no payouts are made.

12. Privacy

You never see the names or email addresses of people you refer. Each appears in your dashboard under a pseudonym unique to you, with day-level dates only.
Notifications show amounts, not people.
Clicks, and which site they came from, are kept only as totals. We see the site name to check the Promotion Rules; it is not shown in your dashboard.
