Refer & Earn — Payment, Tax & Crypto Terms
Last updated: · v1
Effective date: 22 October 2026
These terms explain how your Refer & Earn earnings are paid and form part of the Affiliate Agreement. Definitions are as in the Affiliate Agreement.
1. Account currency
- Your balance is held in USD or TRY. The currency is set when you join, based on your account's registration language and country, and cannot be changed later. English accounts use USD; Turkish accounts use TRY.
- Special partners approved before the programme launched use USD.
2. Balance types
- Pending: earnings whose 14-day holding period has not ended. Not payable.
- Approved: earnings whose holding period has ended. Can go into a payout batch.
- In payout batch: an amount set aside in a payout batch and awaiting transfer.
- Paid: an amount sent to your wallet.
- Negative balance: can arise when refunds or chargebacks arrive after approval or payout (section 11).
3. Payout schedule
- A cut-off is made on the 15th of each month at 00:00 (Istanbul time). Your approved balance that has completed the holding period by then goes into that month's payout batch.
- The same cut-off applies even if the batch is prepared after the 15th.
- Payouts are sent by hand by Fanchaty and can take a few days.
- Delays may occur because of reviews (section 9), reconciliation (section 8), technical faults, blockchain network issues or legal reasons. No interest or extra payment is due on delayed amounts.
4. Payout requirements
To be included in a payout batch, all of the following must be in place at the cut-off:
- Your programme membership is active (not frozen or closed).
- Your approved balance has reached the threshold: $50 (2,000 TRY for TRY accounts).
- A valid USDT (TRC20) wallet address is saved and any wallet-change security period has ended.
- Your identity details are complete (section 7).
- You have given the "automatic withdrawal" instruction once.
- You have accepted the current required versions of the programme documents.
- You are resident in one of the countries we can pay out to (the allow list in section 10).
A balance below the threshold is not lost; it carries over to the next month.
5. Payment method: USDT (TRC20) only
- Payouts are made only in USDT (Tether) and only on the TRON network (TRC20). Bank transfer, card, PayPal, other cryptocurrencies and other networks are not used.
- Fanchaty pays the network (transfer) fee.
- USDT is a crypto-asset issued by a company independent of Fanchaty. Fanchaty does not guarantee the value or liquidity of USDT, or that it can be sold on an exchange.
- The cost of, and responsibility for, converting USDT into another currency is yours.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that receiving crypto-assets is lawful where you live.
6. Exchange rate
- TRY balances are converted to USDT at the Binance USDT/TRY rate when the payout batch is prepared. The rate used and its source are recorded in the batch.
- If the Binance rate is unavailable or shows an unusual deviation, a fallback rate within 10% above or below the last valid Binance rate may be used, and this is recorded.
- Fractions are rounded down on conversion; the USDT paid never exceeds your balance.
- USD balances are paid at 1 USD = 1 USDT.
- Referral payments made in a different currency are converted into your account currency at Fanchaty's daily reference rate.
7. Identity details
- Once, before your first withdrawal, we ask for: your full name, country of residence, date of birth, and a declaration that tax on your earnings is your responsibility.
- Your details must be accurate and the wallet must belong to you. You cannot receive payouts on someone else's behalf.
- No payout is made to anyone found to be under 18.
- Your identity details are stored encrypted and only shown masked in the Dashboard. Changing them requires an email verification code.
- Where required by law or in a suspicious case, Fanchaty may ask for additional documents (for example an image of your ID or passport); if they are not provided, payouts may be withheld. Any document requested is used only for that review and is deleted as soon as the review ends.
8. Reconciliation
Before paying, Fanchaty checks each earning against our payment provider's transaction records. Earnings from a payment that has no matching record, appears failed or has been refunded are not paid; they are held until matched, or cancelled.
9. Review and suspension
- Your first payout, high-value lines, many Referrals in a short time, a wallet changed in the last 30 days and a tier under review are checked by hand before payment.
- After review a line may be approved, moved to the following month or cancelled. You may be asked for information during a review.
- If chargebacks among Referrals rise unusually, Fanchaty may temporarily pause all programme payouts.
10. Countries we can pay out to, sanctions and blocked wallets
- We only pay out to residents of the countries listed below. This is an allow list: if you select a country that is not on it, your identity details are not saved and you cannot withdraw. You may still join the Program and build up earnings; the restriction applies only to withdrawal, and you are told as soon as you enter your identity details. Fanchaty may extend the list; if the list is ever narrowed, balances already approved on that date are still paid.
- Countries on the list (with ISO codes): Albania (AL), Andorra (AD), Argentina (AR), Australia (AU), Austria (AT), Azerbaijan (AZ), Belgium (BE), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA), Brazil (BR), Bulgaria (BG), Canada (CA), Chile (CL), Croatia (HR), Cyprus (CY), Czechia (CZ), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Finland (FI), France (FR), Georgia (GE), Germany (DE), Gibraltar (GI), Greece (GR), Guernsey (GG), Hong Kong (HK), Hungary (HU), Iceland (IS), Ireland (IE), Isle of Man (IM), Italy (IT), Japan (JP), Jersey (JE), Kazakhstan (KZ), Kuwait (KW), Latvia (LV), Liechtenstein (LI), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Malaysia (MY), Malta (MT), Mexico (MX), Moldova (MD), Monaco (MC), Montenegro (ME), Morocco (MA), Netherlands (NL), New Zealand (NZ), North Macedonia (MK), Norway (NO), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Qatar (QA), Romania (RO), San Marino (SM), Saudi Arabia (SA), Serbia (RS), Singapore (SG), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), South Africa (ZA), South Korea (KR), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), Switzerland (CH), Taiwan (TW), Thailand (TH), Türkiye (TR), Ukraine (UA), United Arab Emirates (AE), United Kingdom (GB), United States (US), Uruguay (UY).
- Northern Cyprus has no separate country code; select Türkiye (TR) in the identity form.
- Fanchaty does not pay persons on the UK (OFSI) sanctions lists or on other sanctions lists Fanchaty must comply with.
- No payouts are made under any circumstances to residents of Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba; these countries are also absent from the allow list.
- Ukraine is on the allow list; however, no payouts are made to residents of Crimea or the other occupied regions of Ukraine. These regions cannot be separated by country code, so the check is made manually during the first-withdrawal review.
- Wallet addresses blocked (blacklisted) by Tether are rejected.
- Amounts suspected of breaching sanctions may be frozen and, where the law requires, reported to the authorities.
11. Negative balance
- If a refund or chargeback arrives after an earning was approved or paid, a negative line is added to your balance.
- A negative balance is offset against your future earnings. No payout is made until it is cleared.
- You cannot escape a negative balance by deleting and reopening your account: at your first withdrawal, identity, wallet and device details are compared with previous accounts; if they match, the debt is offset or the payout is blocked.
- To the extent permitted by law, Fanchaty may ask you to repay a negative balance that is not cleared.
12. Wallet address and responsibility
- You alone are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address. It must be an address under your control that accepts USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network.
- If you use an exchange deposit address, make sure that exchange accepts USDT on the TRC20 network.
- Payouts sent to a wrong address, the wrong network or a wallet you can no longer access cannot be recovered. Fanchaty will not pay those amounts again.
- Before saving an address, Fanchaty checks its format and checksum and rejects smart-contract addresses, Fanchaty's own addresses and blocked addresses. These checks do not guarantee that the address is yours or correct.
13. Wallet changes and security
- Adding or changing your wallet address requires a separate verification code sent to your account email. A login code cannot approve a wallet. The email shows the full new address.
- You must have logged in within the last 24 hours to do this.
- For 72 hours after a change, no payouts are made to the new address. During that time you are alerted by email and in the Dashboard, and you can cancel the change.
- A second wallet change within 30 days pauses your payouts until a review is complete.
- Payouts to a wallet changed in the last 30 days are checked by hand.
- Turning on automatic withdrawal and changing identity details also require an email verification code.
14. Taxes
- All taxes, duties and reporting obligations relating to your programme earnings are yours alone. We recommend asking a tax adviser about the rules in your country.
- Fanchaty does not deduct tax from payouts.
- Where the law requires, Fanchaty may report payouts to the competent tax authorities.
- Receiving payment in a crypto-asset may have tax consequences based on its value on the day you receive it.
- Affiliates resident in Türkiye: declaring income from a company abroad is your responsibility.
15. Payment errors
- If we overpay you, the difference is offset against your future earnings.
- If we underpay you, the difference is paid in the next payout batch.
- You must report any dispute about a payout to [email protected] within 60 days of the payout date.
16. Freezing
If your Platform account is banned or placed under review, your programme account is frozen. Your earnings keep being recorded during that time, but no payouts are made.
17. Forfeiture
In the following cases your pending and approved balance and any waiting rewards are permanently forfeited and will not be paid later:
- Account deletion: when the 30-day restore period after you delete your account ends. You are warned about this on the deletion screen.
- Inactivity: if your Fanchaty account is not used at all for 12 calendar months (Istanbul time). We email you 30 days and 7 days before. Logging in is enough. This also applies to waiting gift rewards of people who have not yet joined the programme.
- Fraud: when Fanchaty confirms fraud.
A negative balance is not forfeited; it stays on record for offsetting.
18. Leaderboard bonus
Leaderboard bonuses are set in USD and are converted into your account currency when added to your balance. They are subject to these terms like any other earning.
