Refer & Earn — Promotion Rules

Effective date: 22 October 2026

These rules apply wherever you promote Fanchaty using your invite link, code or gift links: social media, websites, videos, streams, messaging groups, email, and anyone promoting on your behalf. These rules form part of the Affiliate Agreement.

1. Core principles

Be honest: say only things that are true and can be backed up.
Be clear: don't hide that you are promoting and may earn from it.
Speak to adults: Fanchaty is for people over 18.
Keep it suitable for general audiences: promotional content must not be explicit.
Follow the rules: both the law and the rules of the platform you post on.

2. Mandatory ad label

Every public post must carry the label "#ad".
The label must appear at the very start of the text and be clearly visible. It may not be hidden among other hashtags or placed only in comments, your bio or behind "see more".
In videos and live streams the label must appear on screen and be said out loud at the start. In stories it must appear on every frame.
In Turkish-language content and posts aimed at audiences in Türkiye, the label "#reklam" is used under the same rules.
You may also use the platform's own "paid partnership" or "ad" marker, but it does not replace the label.

3. Prohibited

3.1 Spam

Sending unsolicited bulk messages, direct messages, emails, texts or comments.
Dropping links in unrelated groups, forums or under other people's posts.
Messaging bought lists or lists collected without permission.
Using bots or tools that post automatically.
You may send marketing messages only to people who have given prior consent (PECR in the UK, Law No. 6563 in Türkiye).

3.2 Misleading claims

Untrue claims such as "unlimited free", "completely free" or "free premium". The free plan has limits.
Wording that suggests the characters are human, such as "chat with real women" or "real people". Fanchaty's characters are AI.
Earnings promises such as "guaranteed income", "earn X a month" or "passive income"; presenting the Programme as an investment or business opportunity.
Made-up discounts, fake countdowns, wrong prices or features that don't exist.
Fake reviews, fake user experiences, or recommendations you wrote yourself but present as someone else's.
Unsupported comparisons with competitors.

3.3 Minors

Any content suggesting people under 18: words such as "teen", "schoolgirl", "barely legal", "young girl", "loli" (and Turkish equivalents such as "liseli", "okul kızı", "küçük", "genç kız"); school uniforms; a childlike appearance.
Cartoon, anime or game characters that look childlike or of unclear age.
Promoting to under-18s or in channels, groups or accounts mainly used by them.
If you run targeted ads, the age target must be at least 18.

3.4 Brand bidding and look-alike addresses

Bidding on "Fanchaty", "fanchaty.ai", misspellings or phrases containing them in search engines and app stores.
Registering or using domains, subdomains, social media handles, group names or app names containing "Fanchaty" or similar names (e.g. "fanchatty", "fan-chaty", "fanchaty-official").

3.5 Impersonating Fanchaty

Presenting yourself as Fanchaty, a Fanchaty employee, the support team or an "official account".
Using or altering the Fanchaty logo or design other than in the materials we provide.
Asking users for passwords, verification codes or payment details.

3.6 Fake or forced traffic

Cookie stuffing; opening links without the user knowing; hidden frames, pop-ups, automatic redirects.
Browser extensions or software that inject links into other people's content.
Bots, click farms, traffic generated through proxies or VPNs.
Incentivised traffic: giving money, gifts, a share of your commission or any other benefit in return for clicks, sign-ups or purchases; paid-to-click, task and reward sites.

3.7 Self-referral and multiple accounts

Referring your own accounts, accounts you share with family or acquaintances, or fake identities.
Paying on behalf of a Referral, or asking a Referral to pay and then request a refund or chargeback.

3.8 Explicit content

Posting explicit sexual images, videos or text on mainstream platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, general areas of X, public Telegram channels, etc.).
Using explicit or premium images of Fanchaty characters, chat screenshots or other private Fanchaty content in promotion.
Using real people's images without permission; creating or sharing fake (deepfake) images of real people.
Content that is non-consensual, violent, hateful or illegal in the audience's country.

3.9 Gift links

Selling, trading or auctioning gift links or codes.
Posting gift links in bulk on coupon and deal sites. Gifts are for people you know.

3.10 Other

Promoting in sanctioned countries or where offering Fanchaty is prohibited.
Collecting Fanchaty users' information or scraping the Platform.

4. Rules you must follow

Follow the advertising, adult content and affiliate rules of every platform you post on. If a platform does not allow promotion of adult services, don't promote there.
Follow the advertising, consumer and data protection laws of the countries you are in and that you target.
If you mention prices or offers, use the current information on the Platform.
State in your promotion that Fanchaty is for people over 18 (e.g. "18+").

5. Promotional materials

Fanchaty provides ready-made text and QR codes suitable for general audiences (not explicit).
You may use these materials unchanged, or shorten them as long as they stay accurate. You may not alter the logo.
You may use other images from the Platform (including character images) only if they are included in the materials pack.

6. Monitoring

Fanchaty may review your promotion, ask you questions and ask you to correct or remove a post.
You must comply with such a request within 48 hours.

7. Consequences of a breach

Depending on how serious the breach is: a warning, a request to remove the post, cancellation of earnings from the offending traffic, suspension of payouts, freezing or closing of your account.
If fraud is confirmed, your entire balance is forfeited.
Fanchaty reserves the right to take legal action for any loss it suffers.
