At Fanchaty.ai, we are committed to implementing all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that our platform is used safely and responsibly, and exclusively by users who are legally 18 years of age or older.
Furthermore, we utilize comprehensive moderation and monitoring systems to ensure that any AI-generated content created through our services does not evoke, resemble, or exploit minors in any manner.
This policy is designed to ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, our Community Guidelines, our Prohibited Content Policy, and all other Fanchaty.ai governing documents (collectively, the "Policies").
1. Access to the Website and Registration
Fanchaty.ai employs advanced technical verification mechanisms to prevent underage users from accessing or registering on the platform.
Users visiting Fanchaty.ai are presented with an age gate requiring them to declare that they are over 18 years old.
Users must explicitly confirm they are of legal age to gain access. Any false declaration of age constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
Subject to local legal requirements, Fanchaty.ai reserves the right to implement additional age verification steps if deemed necessary.
Fanchaty.ai accepts no liability for false age information provided by users. Complying with legal age limits is entirely the user's responsibility.

2. Content Responsibility
The user bears sole responsibility for all content generated by the AI characters (Companions) on the platform. This includes text, audio, images, video, and any other outputs based on user prompts.
Because AI outputs are entirely derived from user interactions, Fanchaty.ai does not direct, pre-approve, or endorse this content.
While using the services, the user is obligated to comply with all applicable laws, Community Guidelines, the Prohibited Content Policy, and all our other Policies.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
The abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
Any illegal activities, unequivocally including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Attempts to generate AI content that resembles, depicts, or implies minors, including the generation of characters with non-maturing, pre-pubescent, or underage physical characteristics.
Every user is legally and ethically responsible for all actions they take on the platform.
3. Content Moderation and Takedown Procedures
User–AI conversations are fundamentally private; however, for safety and policy compliance purposes, we employ advanced automated moderation systems and, when necessary, manual review processes.
When our moderation systems detect content that violates our Policies:
The offending content may be immediately removed.
The user's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
Where required or deemed necessary, incidents will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
These measures are enforced to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our users.
4. Reporting Prohibited Content (CSAM)
Fanchaty.ai operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Generating, requesting, promoting, or attempting to engage in any activity related to CSAM is a severe criminal offense and is strictly forbidden on our platform.
Any detected CSAM content will be preserved and immediately reported to the relevant official authorities (such as national law enforcement agencies or international child protection organizations like NCMEC or IWF).
