Fanchaty.ai ("Fanchaty," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Fanchaty AI LTD (Company Number: 16983888), aims to cultivate a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all our users. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") define how all users must interact within our Services and establish the mandatory standards of conduct.
You are required to comply with both the letter and the spirit of these Guidelines.
1. Framework and Scope These Guidelines form an integral part of Fanchaty’s broader Policy framework, which includes, but is not limited to:
Terms of Service,
Prohibited Content Policy,
Content Takedown Policy,
Minors & Child Protection Policy. All capitalized terms not defined within these Guidelines shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
2. Age Requirements To access or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your applicable jurisdiction. (Please refer to our Minors & Child Protection Policy).
3. Respectful Communication Fanchaty.ai offers a unique experience where users can interact with AI characters. By using the Services, you agree to:
Maintain respectful communication at all times.
Act in accordance with our rules and the applicable legal framework.
Any form of inappropriate communication or content, particularly those defined in our Prohibited Content Policy, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
4. Content Responsibility All prompts or inputs you provide within the Services, combined with the resulting AI-generated outputs, are collectively defined as "Content." Your Content must not:
Be defamatory or libelous.
Be threatening or intimidating.
Contain hate speech or discriminatory language.
Be harmful or malicious toward any individual or group.
Violate any provision of these Guidelines.
You bear sole legal and financial responsibility for any damages or claims arising from your Content. Your Content must comply with the applicable laws of both your local jurisdiction and the regions targeted by our Services.
5. Moderation and Monitoring To protect user safety and maintain the integrity of our AI models, we implement robust security and moderation controls.
Conversations, prompts, or content flagged as potentially violating these Guidelines may be subject to review, and appropriate action will be taken (including immediate account termination).
User communications and interactions may be audited under specific circumstances for quality assurance and the continuous improvement of our Services.
6. Expected Behavior and Prohibited Actions You are entirely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You are strictly prohibited from using our Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate the following:
Illegal Acts:
Violating any local, national, or international law.
Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in any criminal activity.
Harm and Exploitation:
Harming or inciting harm against others.
Posing any risk, harm, or exploitation toward minors.
Distributing viruses, malware, spam, or executing malicious code.
Security Breaches:
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or databases.
Attempting to bypass, disable, or defeat security protocols.
Manipulating, disrupting, or interfering with the Service infrastructure.
Impersonation and Misrepresentation:
Impersonating any real person, living or dead.
Providing false or misleading information.
Violating the privacy or publicity rights of third parties.
Prohibited and Dangerous Content Generation:
Generating images or content that resemble real, identifiable persons (Incidental Likeness exceptions apply).
Generating Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) of any real person.
Generating any content (sexual or otherwise) involving or implying minors.
Generating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, or child sexualization content.
Promoting terrorism, extreme violence, or radical ideologies.
Generating hate speech.
Bypassing AI Safeguards:
Attempting to "jailbreak," prompt-inject, or otherwise bypass our automated moderation systems and AI safety guardrails.
Intellectual Property Violations:
Creating, generating, or sharing content without the permission of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
Unauthorized sharing of confidential, proprietary, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
7. Mandatory AI Labeling In certain jurisdictions (such as under the EU AI Act), you may be legally required to clearly label or disclose that the content you publish or share externally was "AI-generated." Complying with such legal obligations is entirely the user's responsibility.
8. Consequences of Violations Fanchaty.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take the following actions in the event of a violation of these Guidelines:
Temporary suspension or severe restriction of your account.
Permanent termination and deletion of your account without a refund.
Initiation of legal proceedings and claims for damages.
Reporting the user and providing relevant data to appropriate law enforcement agencies or government authorities.
