KYC & AML Policy
Zuletzt aktualisiert: · v1
Effective Date: April 2026
1. Introduction & Business Model Context Fanchaty AI LTD ("Company", "we", "our") is strictly committed to combating money laundering, fraud, and the unauthorized use of our platform by minors. Fanchaty.ai is exclusively a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Artificial Intelligence platform. We do not host, employ, or process payouts to any real human content creators or models. Consequently, traditional Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements associated with creator-payouts are inapplicable. Our KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) focus is exclusively on our end-users (buyers) to ensure age verification and transactional integrity.
2. User Age & Identity Verification (Buyer KYC) As our platform provides explicit AI content, preventing underage access is our top priority. We utilize a multi-layered verification protocol:
Active Consent: Users must manually declare they are 18 years of age or older under penalty of perjury during the registration process.
Financial Gatekeeping: The ultimate identity and age verification is conducted by our Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant adult payment processors. We do not accept anonymous cryptocurrencies or unverified prepaid cards. A valid credit/debit card attached to a legally identifiable adult is strictly required to purchase any subscription or token package.
3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Protocols Due to the structure of our platform, the risk of traditional money laundering is virtually non-existent. However, we enforce the following safeguards:
No Payouts or P2P Transfers: We do not pay out any funds to users. Furthermore, tokens purchased on Fanchaty.ai are strictly tied to the purchasing account. Users cannot transfer tokens to other users, nor can they cash out or exchange virtual tokens back into real-world fiat currency.
Velocity & Threshold Checks: We implement strict daily limits on the volume of transactions a single account or IP address can attempt to prevent card testing and credit card fraud.
4. Suspicious Activity & Fraud Monitoring Our backend infrastructure actively monitors for anomalies, including:
Multiple accounts created from the same IP address or device fingerprint.
High-velocity transaction attempts (multiple rapid card declines). In the event of suspected fraud or unauthorized chargebacks, the Company will immediately terminate the user’s account, permanently blacklist their IP address, and cooperate fully with our payment processors by providing necessary transaction logs.
