Affiliate Terms

1. Program and Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Fanchaty AI LTD ("Fanchaty", "we") and the partner ("Partner", "you") who has been approved into the Fanchaty Affiliate Program. The program is open

only to individuals approved by Fanchaty, at Fanchaty's sole discretion.

2. Commission and Payment

- Your assigned commission rate and payment terms are shown in the panel.

- Commission is calculated on the amount actually charged by the payment processor in

USD; the customer's local currency (e.g. ₺) is converted to USD.

- Commissions become payable only after the refund/chargeback holding period ("clearing period").

Commissions within this window are "pending".

- Payouts are made manually via an external channel. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

3. Refunds and Clawback

If a referred user's payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is clawed back.

The amount is deducted from your balance and, if already paid, may be offset against future payouts.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Termination

The following are strictly prohibited and result in removal from the program + commission forfeiture:

- Self-referral, generating commission via fake/second accounts.

- Fake/bot traffic, misleading ads, spam, brand-damaging promotion.

- Abusing commission via "pay → refund/chargeback" cycles.

Fanchaty reserves the right to freeze commission during investigation and to suspend/terminate the account.

5. Tax and Legal Responsibility

Commission earned is your income; tax reporting and obligations are your responsibility. Fanchaty may

require identity/tax information (KYC) before payout.

6. Privacy and Data

You cannot access the personal data (name, email, IP) of referred users; you see only aggregated

(anonymous) statistics. You must keep program information confidential.

7. Content and Compliance

Fanchaty is an 18+ platform. You promote in compliance with applicable laws, advertising rules, and the

acceptable use policies (AUP) of payment providers (Visa/Mastercard). Promotion targeting

minors or via prohibited channels is strictly forbidden.

8. Limitation of Liability

The program is provided "as is". Fanchaty is not liable for indirect damages including loss of profit.

Commission rates and program terms may change with prior notice.

9. Changes and Effect

These terms may be updated; when a new version is published you will be asked to re-accept. Continued

participation means acceptance of the current terms. Attribution is last-touch within a 90-day window.
